ZitatAlles anzeigenThank you for contacting Microsoft Flight Simulator Support today.
The type of crashes that you are getting are just general faults that indicate a conflict with other software or add on mods usually:
06/03/2024 12:30 Application Error Faulting application name: FlightSimulator.exe, version: 1.36.2.0, time stamp: 0x65a6e79d Faulting module name: FlightSimulator.exe
Were there any changes made to the PC just prior to the crashes starting?
I know that you listed this in your troubleshooting steps, but I want to verify that the sim is 1. in a fully vanilla state and 2. that a clean installation has been performed.
Once this is completed, go through the steps here:
>> How to troubleshoot crashing on the loading screen issues
Lastly, this could be caused by a corrupted cloud save file. If this is the case, then you will need to delete the save. This will cause a loss of information however.
Please be warned that deleting the Cloud Save will wipe your logbook permanently and reset some of your settings such as keybindings and peripherals profiles. You will not lose the achievements already unlocked on this profile but progression towards achievements and the logbook information cannot be recovered.
Kind regards,
Microsoft Flight Simulator Support Team
